Hi pretty, I am a very understanding empathetic person so all I ask is that you reach out to me in as early in advance as possible. Tell me what’s come up and I’ll do my best to work with you🤍With that my policy is •ANY same day cancellation will be charged 75% of the service total, my time is just as valuable as yours. The same goes if I run behind I will always throw an incentive/ discount in the service •After 10 minuets late there will be a late fee added to your service total ($15) at 15 minuets late your appointment will be canceled and the 75% fee will be charged • All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees • I give free lash baths before every service, with that being said If you come to your appointment wearing eye makeup, concealer etc and I have to wash you multiple times I will be charging you for a detoxing lash bath ($15) • Please come to your appointment bare faced, caffeine free and ready to relax! • Please try not to wear mascara 48 hours before your appointment as it leaves a filmy residue • As for any problems that may arise with your lashes, any problems that arise within the 48 hour period after application please reach out to me and I will fix the issue on me. Anything after the 2 day point please still contact me and we can work something out, I am very understanding when it comes to retention and learning lashes and lash care so please always reach out because I can’t fix something if I don’t know it’s happening.
